The house at 8008 Harbor Place has 4 bedrooms – including the basement bedroom.
You’re right, this house has a bedroom in the finished basement. Technically, the window is not a full sized window, so it cannot be considered as a bedroom in the tax record, but it certainly can be used as one by the owner. Thanks for pointing that out.
