Chris has experience in management, having previously managed a Real Estate office of 95 agents. Presently, Chris is the Residential Sales Manager at Turning Point Real Estate in Urbana, MD. That, as well as his 19 years of real estate experience serve as a great resource to clients and agents as they maneuver the complex issues surrounding any real estate transaction. Chris has a CDPE certification. Certified Distressed Property Expert. He has experience with Short Sale and REO properties.

Karen brings her own unique benefits to buyers and sellers from the field of education. Karen writes the teams many blogs and websites, keeping buyers and sellers aware of real estate information and trends.
