I really appreciated your thoroughness, especially as a first time home buyer. You took the time to explain the home buying process, but also information about houses in general, home ownership, maintenance, cost, and more – some aspects of which I may not have thought about otherwise as a FTHB, but that are important considerations! I went in with 0 knowledge, and left the experience being able to explain it to others. It is evident that you are extremely knowledgeable and have the experience. I definitely felt like you had my best interests and you understood not only the surface level of what I was looking for in a home, but my motivations and thought processes. As a result, I felt like you knew how to better guide me through decisions. You had wonderful recommendations for a lender, inspector, and title company, you were always very responsive, and you were flexible to my schedule.
